Good to know before scoring
  • Record the observations at or about the time of first face-to-face (not telephone) contact between the patient and a doctor from your ICU (or a doctor frome the specialist pediatric transport team)
  • Use the first value of each variable measure within the period of time of first contact to 1 hour after arrival in your ICU. The first contact may be in your ICU, on your Emergency Department, a ward in your own hospital or in another hospital (e.g. on retrieval)
  • For any specific question, click on the HELP? button
How to compute and export multiple scores?

  • Fill in the PIM-3 score one by one, click the button when you want to save it
  • When you are done, click to review the scores and click
  • to export it to CSV. The file can be open in statistical analysis softwares for further analyses..
  • To note, all scores are erased when you quit or refresh this page
  • When scoring a new patient, you can either enter your own ID or generate a random ID by clicking on .
  • When the ID is changed or a random number is generated, the values entered in the form will be erased
