A 6-part series on wellbeing and taking care of ourselves in the midst of difficult times with Dr. Ellie Atkins, a clinical psychologist from St. George’s Hospital, London, UK. A new episode will be released every Wednesday at 5pm CET on ESPNIC’s YouTube channel. See more information below and access additional resources.

In these difficult times, we want to remind all Health Care Providers about the importance of wellbeing and taking care of ourselves and our team members. The series is presented by Dr. Ellie Atkins, a clinical psychologist from St. George's Hospital in the UK and presents strategies that you and your team can employ if you feel you are struggling.
